In January 2022, Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC) announced Leslie V. Norwalk, Esq. was appointed to the Centene Board of Directors.
Ms. Norwalk previously served on the board of Magellan Health, which Centene recently acquired. She is an experienced director and throughout her accomplished career has served on the boards of a wide range of healthcare and biotechnology companies including NuVasive, Endologix, Providence Services Corporation, Neurocrine Biosciences and Arvinas.

Ms. Norwalk is currently a strategic advisor at Epstein Becker Green, PC, a law firm specializing in the healthcare and life sciences industries. She is also an advisor to three private equity firms on health policy and regulation.
Ms. Norwalk began her career in the public sector, serving as an administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) during the Bush administration. She went on to serve as assistant and then acting administrator of the agency, as well as adviser and policy adviser.
