Bivalent COVID vaccines available this week
NetHealth will have both the Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent COVID-19 vaccine boosters available this week in addition to regular adult and pediatric vaccines and boosters. This week (September 19-23) will be our last COVID vaccination clinic this year provided by NetHealth. The vaccination clinic is located at 100 Medical Circle in Sulfur Springs. You can enter from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every day; no appointment is necessary.

A new orthopedic surgeon accepts new patients
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Christian Douthit to our CHRISTUS family. Dr. Douthit graduated from medical school and completed a general surgery fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Texas Tech University Health Science Center before completing a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at the Hand Center in San Antonio. Dr. Douthit treats patients of all ages and has a particular interest in hand-shoulder issues, peripheral nerve surgery, orthopedic trauma and sports injuries. Dr. Douthit will join Dr. Meltsakos and PA, Chris Lutz, at our CHRISTUS Orthopedic Clinic, located at 103 Medical Circle, Sulfur Springs, TX, 75482. Free Student-Athlete Injury Clinic Continues
CHRISTUS Orthopedics and Sports Medicine of Sulfur Springs continues to offer a FREE Sports Injury Clinic on Saturdays for student athletes. The clinic is open every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. until November 12. Student-athletes in grades 7 through college age will be able to take a free exam and X-ray to determine a care plan to treat their injury. The clinic will be held at our CHRISTUS Trinity Orthopedic Clinic, Medical Building 5, 103B Medical Circle in Sulfur Springs.
