Baptist Health Appoints Patricia Rosello Director of Patient Experience

Rosello has been with Baptist Health for 25 years and has held various positions within the organization. Since 2018, she has been chief executive of Baptist Hospital, where she led the pandemic response for the hospital of approximately 950 beds, more than 5,000 staff and 1,300 medical staff. Under his leadership, Baptist Hospital was recognized by Healthgrades as a leading hospital in COVID first aid for providing exceptional care while treating the highest volumes of coronavirus patients.

Prior to her tenure at Baptist Hospital, Rosello served as Executive Director of Baptist Outpatient Services, where she developed and expanded Imaging, Urgent Care, Express Care, and Ambulatory Surgical Centers in Miami-Dade Counties, Broward and Palm Beach. She joined Baptist Health South Florida in 1997 as Vice President of Ambulatory Services. Prior to that, she worked at Pan American Hospital and held several positions such as Director of Nursing, Assistant Vice President of Patient Care Services, and Vice President of Operations.

Rosello earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Nursing in Administration from Barry University.
